Community Partner Spotlight: Prince Street Foundation

The Boys & Girls Club of Mount Vernon has been working with the Prince Street Foundation to provide support for Club members to develop their interests in entrepreneurship. The new BGCMV/Prince Street Keystone Entrepreneurship Series was launched this Fall to spur innovation and personal growth as an After-School program for aspiring students.

“By supporting charitable organizations like the Boys & Girls Club of Mount Vernon, we can help solve crucial social and environmental issues and strengthen underserved communities,” said Lisa Giuffra Diaz, Partner, President, and CEO of Prince Street Capital Management. “We are proud to be working with BGCMV Teen Instructor Sandy Narain and our entire Prince Street Board, including Evelyn Halpert, Carolyn Ellis, Peter McKown and Mimi Cheung to launch the Save the Sound event and a new Keystone Entrepreneur Series this fall.”

“We are beyond excited, and incredibly grateful for the support we have received from one of our truly outstanding Community Partners, as Lisa and the entire Prince Street Foundation family have stepped forward to support our kids in the spirit of community,” said Mel Campos, Chief Professional Officer of BGCMV. “Sandy and our Prince Street Partners have created a model for what we can do together to give our Club Members hope – a particularly rare and important commodity at times like this.”
